Returns & Warranty

30-day returns on eligible parts, plus a 30-day defect warranty.

30-day returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking fee: approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Return shipping: the customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If the item was defective, damaged or incorrect, we pay return shipping and send a prepaid label, and no restocking fee applies.
Electronic parts are non-returnable (including displays, controllers, modules, sensors, cameras, speakers and wiring harnesses with electronic components) unless defective, damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate it and make it right.
Not returnable: custom or special-order items, sale items, and hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

How to start a return

Email parts@ev-depot.com with your order number. Returns must be sent to: EV Depot Inc., 4 - 180 Northfield Dr W, Waterloo, ON N2L 0C7, Canada. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method, less the 20% restocking fee, within 10 business days.

30-day defect warranty

Covers parts that arrive dead-on-arrival, are materially not as described, or were shipped incorrectly due to our error. Not covered: improper installation or misuse, normal cosmetic wear consistent with the listed condition, fitment issues where compatibility was not confirmed before purchase, and parts modified or disassembled beyond inspection. Email parts@ev-depot.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and evidence of the issue.
