Sales are final once a part ships, since used parts can't be resold as new stock after handling. If a part is DOA, not as described, or we shipped the wrong item, it's covered under our 30-day warranty — contact us and we'll make it right.

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility and aren't collected by us at checkout. Check with your local customs office for an estimate before ordering.
