We want customers to know exactly what protection applies when buying a used OEM part from EV Depot.
30-Day Defect Warranty
Eligible parts are covered for 30 days from delivery against defects that were not disclosed, a materially incorrect listing, or EV Depot shipping the wrong item.
Covered
- Dead-on-arrival or materially non-functional parts not disclosed in the listing
- Wrong part number or condition materially different from the listing
- Incorrect part shipped due to our error
Not covered
- Improper installation, misuse, modification or disassembly beyond inspection
- Normal cosmetic wear consistent with the listed grade
- Fitment problems where compatibility was not confirmed before ordering
- Labour, programming, calibration, towing or removal/reinstallation costs
How to make a claim
Email parts@ev-depot.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos or video. We will review the claim and provide next steps.
