Clear terms for buying used OEM Tesla parts from EV Depot

These terms explain how orders, fitment, payment, shipping, warranties and website use are handled when you purchase from EV Depot Inc.

1. Who we are

EV Depot Inc., 4 - 180 Northfield Dr W, Waterloo, ON N2L 0C7, Canada, sells used OEM Tesla parts recovered from donor vehicles. Parts are used unless clearly listed as new and are sold according to the condition, grade and description shown on each product page.

2. Product listings and fitment

Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their specific model, year, trim and VIN. Tesla part numbers and hardware can change across production runs. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices, taxes, duties and shipping are shown as applicable. We may cancel an order for stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud or other legitimate reasons. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

4. Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and warranty claims are governed by our Return Policy.

5. Used-part condition

Used parts may show normal wear consistent with age, mileage and grade. Photos and descriptions are provided to help customers evaluate condition before ordering.

6. Installation

Automotive and high-voltage EV components should be installed, programmed or calibrated by qualified personnel where required. EV Depot is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or use.

7. Intellectual property

EV Depot branding and website content are owned by or licensed to EV Depot Inc. Tesla names and trademarks belong to Tesla, Inc.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EV Depot Inc.’s liability relating to a purchased part is limited to the amount paid for that part, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
